Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calculator mobile application (“App”) published under the package name com.calculator.app9999. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App provides
The App provides utility features that may include:
- Standard and scientific calculator functions
- Calculation history (stored on your device)
- Split-bill helper tools
- Unit conversion tools
- In-app advertisements and sponsored content
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules (including Google Play).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law
- Bypass security, ad systems, or access controls
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with servers, networks, ads, or other users’ experience
3. Accuracy of calculations
The App is provided as a convenience tool. While we aim for reliable results, calculations, conversions, and split-bill suggestions may contain rounding differences, formatting limits, or errors. You are solely responsible for verifying results before relying on them for financial, scientific, educational, or other important decisions.
4. Advertising & sponsored content
- The App may display ads from Google AdMob and partners.
- Ads may appear as banners, native ads, interstitials, app-open ads, or in-app sponsored web pages.
- Third-party ad content is not created or endorsed by us.
- Clicking ads or sponsored links may open content inside the App or in an external browser.
- We are not responsible for third-party websites, offers, products, or their privacy practices.
5. Internet connection
Some features (ads, remote configuration, sponsored pages) require an internet connection. Carrier or Wi‑Fi charges are your responsibility.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that policy.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software (excluding third-party ads/content), is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any IP to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY ADS/THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer and its partners from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person.
11. Updates & changes
- We may update the App, features, ads, or these Terms at any time.
- Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
- We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature without liability.
12. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you breach them. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
